A little late with this month's blog, perhaps reminding us that, as we move into the months traditionally associated with fresh starts, these sometimes come much later than expected! In any month, many will find themselves ready to pivot, feeling reinvigorated and ready to pursue their aspirations and intentions, regardless of when they initially set those goals. At Sage Hypnotherapy, we recognize the nuances of timing and how the process of personal transformation can unfold in unexpected ways: that it's not about when you start; it’s about the journey you embark on, and we believe that Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) and Mindfulness can guide this journey toward something truly meaningful.
