Plane Fear

What do you feel when you think about flying off on holiday?

Is it excitement… or dread?

If you’ve got a fear of flying, you’re not alone, and you’re not ‘wrong’ or ‘weak’ for feeling that way. Phobias are NOT a sign of weakness, and they’re not something you can just think your way out of.

But there is help.

We use a gentle, evidence-based method called Rewind Therapy, alongside simple #hypnotherapy techniques to help change the direction of your imagination.

Your brain is already incredibly powerful, after all, it’s the same imagination that can paint vivid, scary pictures of turbulence or panic when you’re not even on a plane.

What if we could show your brain how to use that same imagination to picture calm, confidence, and freedom instead?

We believe you.

We believe in you.

We understand.

And we work with compassion.

We don’t try to talk you out of your fear, we work with how your brain already responds, and guide it toward something new.

If the thought of flying fills you with fear, why not give me a call? Maybe the only thing you have to lose… is the phobia.
